The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to manage a full 360 desk, handling both temporary and permanent placements. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, placing candidates, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full 360 recruitment across industrial roles (temp & perm)
  • Proactively generating new business through sales and networking
  • Managing and growing existing client relationships
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates efficiently
  • Negotiating fees, terms, and contracts
  • Achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Taking ownership of your desk with a “get it done” attitude
