Tech is booming, and we’re looking for hungry recruitment consultants who want more than just a job. This is an opportunity for someone who’s ready to put the work in and reap the rewards. We’re not interested in plodders or people who want to coast. We want driven, motivated individuals who want to kick-start (or accelerate) a serious recruitment career.
The Opportunity
- You’ll be recruiting into the tech market – one of the fastest-moving and most lucrative sectors out there.
- You don’t need a tech background; you do need the attitude to learn it properly and take ownership of your desk.
- 70% permanent / 30% contract
- High fees, senior-level candidates
- Professional, consultative conversations with high-calibre clients and talent
- A desk with real earning potential, not low-margin volume work
Training & Development (This Is a Big Deal)
You’ll have access to a dedicated Learning & Development Consultant who comes into the office three times a month. This isn’t generic training. He’s built recruitment teams of 40 consultants from scratch, comes from a tech background, and provides a clear, structured career path to help you progress and earn commission faster. If you want to know exactly what to do to move up and make money, this is it.
What We’re Looking For
- People who are hungry, driven, and proactive
- A strong work ethic and resilience
- Willingness to learn the tech market and take feedback
- Professional communication style (you’ll be speaking to senior-level people)
- Background in any field considered – attitude matters more than experience
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary £26,000–£28,000
- A very health and achievable commission structure
- On-target earnings of £45,000
- Clear progression and structured development
- A high-growth market with long-term career potential
