The role is a permanent role from day1 with the employer.
The salary is £36,500 per annum.
You will be responsible for the daily performance and management of approx 10 CSAs.
The role requires you to be on site for all shifts.
You will be working at in a prestigious contact centre based in the Solihull area of Birmingham.
You are situated 10 minute walk from Birmingham International so transport is an option.
