Rolling Mill Operator
Pay: £13.70–£16.50 per hour DOE
Shifts: Choose from 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm or 10pm–6am
We’re recruiting for an experienced Rolling Mill Operator to join a steel manufacturing business in the Walsall.
Previous rolling mill operating experience is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience operating rolling mill machinery in a steel or metal production environment, with a strong understanding of safe working practices and maintaining production quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a rolling mill — essential
- Experience within steel or metal manufacturing
- Good awareness of health and safety
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic

- 6am–2pm
- 2pm–10pm
