Job Description

Job Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales/ sales management, preferably within a similar industry.
- Experience in sales and achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Experience in relationship management with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in sales.
- Ability to interpret charts and present data effectively.
- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
- Planning and organizational competence.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in basic Excel and other rele
- Ability to present statistical data clearly
