The predicted salary is between 9.9 - 12.1 £ per hour.
You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
Your role will include
- Following daily planners to ensure consistent support
- Assisting with financial expenditure
- Supporting with personal care
- Domestic tasks and household support
- Administration of medication
- A particularly rewarding part of the role is supporting individuals to take part in activities within their local community, promoting confidence, independence and social inclusion.
