Whether supporting someone at home or out in the community, you’ll be helping them live life on their terms.

We’re currently recruiting for dedicatedSupport Workersto join ourWest Lothian Outreach team, predominantly based at our Polbeth Hub, with opportunities to work across other local services.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

You will provide consistent, high-quality support tailored to the needs and ambitions of the person you support. This includes:

  • Supporting individuals in daily living tasks such as personal care, medication, cooking, shopping, and maintaining their home
  • Encouraging and enabling participation in community life, social activities, and new experiences
  • Helping maintain and build independence, routines, and life skills
  • Supporting individuals who may present with challenging behaviours, always following agreed support plans
  • Communicating with medical professionals and implementing support plans and risk assessments
  • Working 1:1 with individuals both in their homes and in the community

You’ll also collaborate closely with experienced staff, receive support from Shift Leads, and maintain regular contact with the management team.
