About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to individuals. You will help people live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting with daily routines and planning
- Assisting with budgeting and financial management
- Providing personal care and emotional support
- Helping with household tasks and domestic duties
- Administering medication
- Encouraging independence and confidence

Shift Patterns
We provide support 24 hours a day, therefore flexibility is important.
Shifts may include:

- 8:00am - 3:00pm
- 3:00pm - 10:00pm

Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
