About the Role
At Real Life Options, we provide person‑centred support to enable people we support (PWS) to live the life they choose. Each support package is tailored to the individual, ensuring choice, control, and dignity in all aspects of their care.
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide both physical and emotional support, helping individuals build independence, develop relationships, and achieve personal goals. You’ll be part of a friendly, experienced team in a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day.
What You’ll Do
- Support with personal care, medication, cooking, and household tasks
- Encourage independence and social interaction within the community
- Support individuals to attend healthcare appointments
- Work in line with support plans and risk assessments
- Maintain clear and accurate records
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and professionals
- Promote physical activity such as walking and games
- Support budgeting and money management activities
Shift Patterns
- 24‑hour shifts (including sleepover and day shifts)
- Flexible working patterns to meet service needs

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
