Part time contracts available. You are required to work Sleep in shifts as part of the role and the cover of service will be within a 10 mile radius of the city centre. Drivers preferred. £12.21ph plus great benefits!
We are looking for people to join our friendly and welcoming team in Sheffield Outreach, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people’s lives. We deliver creative, dynamic and person‑centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in outreach and supported living services.
Your role would include supporting adults with varying conditions such as a learning disability, autism, mental health and physical conditions to live as independent a life as possible. To support people to learn and develop new skills, to engage in meaningful and purposeful activities and life skills which may include personal care, budgeting, shopping, medication, cooking, cleaning, attending appointments and engaging in community activities to name a few.
You’ll have a really rewarding role working with a great team of people and the chance to make a real difference to other people’s lives. We will support you along your career path to learn, develop and grow. This role includes shift working including days, evenings, sleepovers, nights and weekends. Sleep in shifts are essential. Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided. An enhanced Adult DBS application will be required for successful applicants.
