We are looking for relief Support Workers. You will be supporting service users in their own homes in various areas in West Lothian.

Our Support Workers provide a person centred approach in providing quality support, which makes our service very flexible and adaptable to each individual’s needs.

The role of a Support Worker is integral to the quality of support provision and can be rewarding and inspiring. You will support people to identify and work towards meaningful outcomes and to participate in their community and develop new and maintain existing relationships.

This role will include personal care, medication administration, daily living activities, house work, cooking, liaising with medical professionals and most importantly maintaining and developing each person’s independent skills.
