Relief Support Worker – Hartlepool, Domiciliary care and Supported Living. Relief hours available. Salary Β£12.21 per hour. Driver required with a full UK licence preferred. If so, come join our dedicated team and help support individuals live an independent and fulfilling life. We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in Supported living services, in their own homes and out in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist people with daily living tasks which may include domestic services, social support, personal care, support with medication, meal preparation, and managing their finances.
  • Support activities within their local community and must be happy in all weathers as many of the people we support lead active lives.
  • Support individuals with varying levels of learning disabilities and Autism; cover sleep-ins may be required.
  • The role may comprise various shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends; sleepovers will include an allowance.
  • Full training will be provided; you will be expected to work with shadow shifts with an experienced member of staff.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • A DBS for both adult and children will be required for this role.
  • Previous experience is desirable, but a can-do attitude and enthusiasm are valued; training will be provided.
