Responsibilities:
- Play the key leadership role in financial management, reporting, and strategic decision‑making.
- Support our Group Chief Executive Officer and provide sound financial advice to the members and senior management colleagues to help drive financial sustainability across the organisation.
- Oversee financial governance to ensure that the organisation complies with company law, maintains company records, and is accountable for reporting any relevant changes to Companies House and HMRC.
- Manage a talented Finance Team across England and Scotland supported by the Deputy Head of Finance.
Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant with leadership experience in a national organisation.
- Relevant experience in a senior finance role within the health and social care sector.
- Preferably ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified, with demonstrable senior leadership experience in a large national organisation, and a background in not‑for‑profit or public sector finance.
