Overview
Here at Elsdon Mews we support 6 adults with learning disabilities in their own home and provide the necessary support for them to live an independent and full life. As a Support Worker you will assist people with daily living tasks which may include, domestic services, social support, personal care, support with medication and meal preparation. We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies. You must have the ability to follow detailed support plans in order to better enable the people we support. Previous experience is required. A DBS will be required for this role. Driver with a full UK license essential.

Shift Patterns
A typical shift would be between the hours of 8am – 9pm. All shifts are 13 hour shifts. Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. This role may include shift working, including days, evenings, sleepovers, nights and weekends. Sleepovers will include an allowance.
