As a Support Worker, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them to live as independently as possible.
Your role will include
- Following individual daily planners and routines
- Supporting with financial expenditure and budgeting
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Providing domestic support to maintain a safe and comfortable home
- Supporting with the administration of medication
- Encouraging participation in activities within the local community
- Promoting independence, wellbeing and social inclusion
