About the Role

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice and inclusion. Your role will include:

  • Following daily planners to ensure consistent support
  • Assisting with financial expenditure
  • Supporting with personal care
  • Domestic tasks and household support
  • Administration of medication

A particularly rewarding part of the role is supporting individuals to take part in activities within their local community, promoting confidence, independence and social inclusion.

An enhanced DBS is required for this role.
