Real Life Options is seeking a Registered Locality Manager to oversee our Long Eaton, Nottingham, Swadlincote and Ilkeston services.
You will register with CQC and act as the registered responsible manager across independent supported living, outreach support and domiciliary care.
You will lead 3 Deputy Managers and 5 Service Leads, ensure governance and compliance, manage budgets and drive continuous service improvement across the area.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
