What You’ll Do
- Support the full employee journey, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes, including new starters, contract changes, and terminations.
- Conduct first-stage interviews and liaise with hiring managers to recruit the right people.
- Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks, background screenings, and safer recruitment policies.
- Manage HR records and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
