What you’ll be responsible for

  • Lead the programme
  • Plan and deliver the annual MyVoice Conference
  • Chair the MyVoice Working Group
  • Support the existing committee so they can contribute effectively
  • Gather meaningful insight
  • Oversee surveys for people supported and employees
  • Improve response rates
  • Analyse data and identify themes and trends
  • Produce the quarterly MyVoice Impact Report
  • Turn insight into action
  • Lead the “You Talked, We Listened – We Acted” cycle
  • Work with operational leads to embed actions across services
  • Track and evidence the impact of the programme
  • Build visibility and influence
  • Work with Marketing & Communications to share outcomes
  • Keep the MyVoice narrative aligned to our mission and values
  • Build relationships across all divisions
  • Shape the future direction of MyVoice

About you

You’re someone who enjoys bringing people together and turning conversations into practical next steps. You’re organised, thoughtful, and motivated by seeing real change. You want your work to matter, and you want the impact to be visible. You’ll need to travel across England and Scotland, and occasionally work outside normal office hours to support key events. This role needs someone who brings both heart and structure, someone who is passionate about meaningful engagement but also capable of delivering a programme with discipline and clarity.

You’ll need:

  • Experience in programme or project management
  • Background in social care, community engagement, or similar people-focused work
  • Experience delivering events or organisation-wide initiatives
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort engaging with people supported, frontline teams and senior leaders
  • Confidence chairing meetings and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead
  • A person-centred approach and inclusive mindset
