As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated Male Support Workers in Fraserburgh who are passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Due to the nature of the role, we require a male candidate under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act ****.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you'll be part of a committed team helping adults with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Mental health needs
  • Autism
  • Epilepsy
  • Physical disabilities
  • Challenging behaviour

Your day may involve:

  • Supporting with personal care and administering medication
  • Helping with cooking, cleaning and household tasks
  • Budgeting and financial planning
  • Providing social support and enabling community participation
  • Attending team meetings and maintaining accurate records
  • Encouraging independence and enhancing quality of life

You'll work a variety of shifts, including early mornings (from 7:30am), evenings (until 10pm), weekends, and public holidays. Sleepovers and waking night shifts may also be required. Every second weekend off.
