About the Role:
No two days are the same. You will support people in making their own choices, achieving their goals, and living fulfilling lives. The role involves working flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and waking night shifts, to ensure individual needs are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Medication administration
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Emotional support and social inclusion
- Supporting service users to access their communities and take part in activities
What We’re Looking For:
Experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and commitment to delivering quality support. We’re looking for someone who:
- Can follow detailed support plans
- Communicates clearly and respectfully
- Has a warm, approachable, and friendly manner
- Is flexible, reliable, and self-motivated
An Enhanced Adult PVG is required for this role.
