IT Support Engineer Knottingley (WF11 0BU) – up to £28,800 per annum depending on experience. Additional car allowance payable. Full-time.
We look for a candidate who can provide first-line support to customers of the ICT department, resolve technical issues, perform system administration, support ICT projects, and develop ICT skills within the organisation.
Responsibilities- Act as a point of contact for all RLO Group employees in England for ICT queries and issues.
- Provide effective responses to ICT faults and enquiries.
- Escalate issues quickly to senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of ICT assets.
- Provide routine ICT reports.
- Administer user accounts for Entra, M365, Intune and company specific applications.
- Fix faults related to phone, mobile and computing hardware or new set-up.
- Assist in purchasing ad-hoc ICT equipment such as keyboards, phones, laptops.
- Work with external suppliers to provide effective ICT solutions and support.
- Collaborate with Operations and Functional Teams to meet agreed service level agreements.
- Assist in creating training or communication videos and upload to appropriate channels.
- Contribute to employee ICT skill enhancement.
- Build effective relationships cross-functionally.
- Support delivery of ICT services with other functions.
- Grow and sustain quality systems.
- Contribute to ICT and system projects as required.
- Accountable for team performance indicators.
- Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and work practices.
