In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our mission to life through clear, powerful, creative, engaging and consistent visual communications that genuinely connect with people.

Role Overview

This isn’t transactional marketing. You’ll need to be organised, disciplined and able to deliver to deadlines. More importantly, you’ll be creative, confident and motivated by purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high‑quality visual communications and assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Create engaging collateral for internal and external campaigns, including reports, presentations, print materials and campaign assets
  • Develop and design accessible communications, including Easy Read materials, ensuring content is clear, inclusive and suitable for a wide range of audiences
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications are aligned to brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity
  • Support the delivery of internal communications by designing clear, engaging and accessible materials
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Communications Officer to ensure consistency across digital and offline assets
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Apprentice to support campaign delivery and ensure assets created are suitable across channels
  • Contribute to the development of creative concepts and help bring campaigns to life visually
  • Ensure all assets are on brand, high quality, and ready for final approval by the Group Marketing
