Real Life Options is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for our Inverurie service. You will work full-time (39 hours per week) at an hourly rate of £13.45, supporting individuals overnight in their homes and ensuring safety and well-being.
Training is provided for medication support and related tasks. Shifts include 9pm-8am and 10pm-8am, with a focus on promoting independence and helping people reach personal goals while managing challenging behaviours with de-escalation strategies.
