Real Group Ltd, founded and run by Educational Psychologists (EPs), is recruiting. We would love to hear from EPs interested in Team / Systems Leadership, Senior EP specialist work and maingrade EP roles.
Do you want to become part of an exciting company delivering the best that psychology can offer, to children, families and schools? Are you curious about working within a team exploring how AI can support and extend our impact as EPs? Can you meet the challenge of applying your psychological knowledge and expertise to a range of innovative projects and training courses?
We are a dynamic, growing organisation with an established reputation for providing training, SEN consultancy, and direct psychological services. If recruited, you will work across Real Training, Real Psychology, and ESF Apprenticeships.
Real Training and ESF Apprenticeships provide opportunities for our employed and freelance EPs to develop and deliver training for school staff – within the UK and internationally. We currently have teachers in over 100 countries studying with us. We are proud that our innovative training approaches, combining psychology, education and technology, enable educational psychology to have an impact in classrooms across the globe. We have opportunities for EPs to work on delivery of our current courses, and to write and design further courses.
The Real Psychology team trades according to social enterprise principles. We are looking for enthusiastic EPs (employed and/or freelance) to join our high-performing team. For the right candidate, we have leadership opportunities across our various Real Psychology projects and teams.
Real Psychology has a number of long-term contracts with mainstream schools, specialist schools, secure settings, as well as virtual school work. We also complete shorter project-based commissions / Tenders. We have school work available in South-East London / Kent. We consider requests for our involvement on a case-by-case basis and offer a range of services including ELSA training and VIG. As a team, we are specialists in the areas of Autism and Social Emotional and Mental Health. We also regularly carry out casework across all areas of need. You will be able to work sensitively with children, schools and families; be confident in applying psychology in innovative ways; and be able to support the development of research and academic skills in other professionals. We strongly advocate evidence-based ethical practice and integrated psychological approaches.
With Real Group, you can look forward to building a diverse and professional work portfolio in a fluidly and rapidly developing market. Your varied role will include direct service provision to educational settings, seeking exciting new commissions, international work, and the delivery of Real Training’s online and blended CPD courses, as well as the development of further postgraduate level training for education professionals.
We are an equal opportunities, flexible employer with offices in Greenwich and Canterbury. We are particularly interested in hearing from Educational Psychologists who are looking for new and cutting-edge ways of working. We welcome applications from EPs representing the diverse range of communities that we work with, at any stage of their career.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expect all staff to share this commitment. As part of this commitment Real Group follows safer recruitment practices and therefore interested applicants should complete the following information form, and provide employment dates. Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. Applicants looking for full- or part-time opportunities will be considered.
