We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Lead to lead our busy and welcoming dental practice
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident manager with strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting a high-performing dental team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the dental practice
- Manage staff rotas, recruitment, training, and performance
- Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control standards
- Support the clinical team and dentists with operational management
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and practice performance
- Handle patient enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure compliance with General Dental Council and NHS standards where applicable
- Coordinate stock control, equipment servicing, and practice administration
- Prepare practice for Practice Inspection and work to inspection guidelines at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in dental practice management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of dental software systems and practice operations
- Understanding of compliance, NHS standards, and infection control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, approachable, and patient-focused attitude
Desirable Qualifications
- Dental nursing qualification and/or GDC registration
- Management or leadership qualification
- Experience working within NHS and/or private dentistry
