The company is experiencing continued success and is seeking a qualified valuation surveyor to bolster its capabilities predominantly based in its North London office. This company operates on behalf of a wide spectrum of clients including HNWI private funds and institutional investors which will offer a variety of exposure to interesting buildings. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Cultivate client relationships and collaborate with colleagues ensuring highquality advice is consistently provided. Independent preparation of valuation reports on residential and commercial properties. Undertaking valuation of a broad asset type operating in London including development sites and investment portfolios. Supporting colleagues and directors in the companys business development objectives. Represent the team at internal and external meetings and events. Benefits The ideal candidate: RICS Qualified and a Registered Valuer. Degree in surveying or relevant field. Minimum 24 months of practical experience in residential property and valuation.
