We are seeking an experienced and confident Employment Lawyer (minimum 4 years’ PQE) to join our growing practice. This is a fully remote position offering autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload.

You will act for both employers and employees, advising on a wide range of contentious employment law matters. The role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently and is comfortable managing cases with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a diverse caseload of employment tribunal litigation from start to finish
  • Advising both employers and employees on disputes including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
  • Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings
  • Providing strategic, commercially focused advice
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care
About You
  • Qualified solicitor or equivalent with at least 4 years’ PQE in employment law
  • Strong experience handling employment tribunal litigation
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience acting for both employers and employees
  • Excellent drafting, advocacy, and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
