We are seeking an experienced and confident Employment Lawyer (minimum 4 years’ PQE) to join our growing practice. This is a fully remote position offering autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work on a varied and high-quality caseload.
You will act for both employers and employees, advising on a wide range of contentious employment law matters. The role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently and is comfortable managing cases with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a diverse caseload of employment tribunal litigation from start to finish
- Advising both employers and employees on disputes including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
- Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings
- Providing strategic, commercially focused advice
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent with at least 4 years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong experience handling employment tribunal litigation
- Proven ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Experience acting for both employers and employees
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
