We are seeking a Senior Medical Writer (Med Affairs) to join our team. You will work across several therapy areas, creating high-quality, scientifically accurate content tailored to the target audience, aligned with the relevant brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently expand into new therapeutic areas beyond assigned ones.
- Lead discussions on therapy areas, treatment drivers, and patient pathways with clients and experts.
- Manage complex projects with minimal supervision, delegating to junior writers as needed.
- Develop clear, persuasive narratives from complex information.
- Ensure the quality and scientific accuracy of deliverables.
- Review junior writers' work and provide constructive feedback.
- Challenge and advise clients on strategy and messaging.
- Lead scientific discussions with clients and external experts.
- Present and articulate scientific stories effectively to clients and colleagues.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to scientific strategies for new therapeutic areas.
- Mentor and train junior staff.
- Drive project completion, meeting deadlines and proactively resolving issues.

Requirements:
- Experience in medical writing within an agency setting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with Veeva is a plus.
