Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will participate in client projects, working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve client objectives through effective and coordinated solutions. Senior Account Managers may supervise Account Associates and Account Managers. This role offers a great opportunity to work with leading clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical devices space.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop presentations, creative briefs, PR materials, and other communications.
  • Participate in developing clients’ marketing strategies; collaborate to ensure consensus around scope and approach. Capture and address client feedback.
  • Evaluate and analyze data, including research summaries and recommendations for clients.
  • Partner with functional area experts within the agency for marketing campaigns.
  • Lead fiscal performance of projects, supervising budgets, billing, and billable hours. Develop projections and review activity reports.
  • Understand and communicate clients’ expectations internally to ensure staffing and performance meet objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with client peers to meet expectations. Participate in planning and business analysis sessions.
  • Supervise Account Associates and Managers to ensure balanced workload, resources, and understanding of client objectives. Provide mentorship.
  • Participate in new business development by identifying growth opportunities.

What you should have:

  • 4+ years in PR, communications, or advertising, with healthcare PR experience required. Integrated experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical and clinical information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills, mindful of timelines and budgets, able to multitask.
  • Professional presence and a track record of following through on client requests and deliverables.

Pay Range: $68,000-$90,000. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, certifications, and location. The company reserves the right to modify this range.
