Role Summary
We are in search of a Senior Graphic Designer – Presentations, who will play an active role within our global design team. The focus of a Senior presentation designer is developing creative and effective presentations. They will have extensive technical knowledge and experience using PowerPoint. Their role will be two‑fold:
- For the first part, they will be expected to take rough content and reinterpret it so that it is a much better experience for the end user. This will include looking at content and data and how it can be visualized; they will need a strong eye for detail.
- The second part of this role is around building creative assets to be used across presentations and as a part of a brand’s library. This includes understanding content and illustrating icons in the relevant brand style, developing one‑off templates for meetings and events, and sourcing stock imagery suitable for client needs.
On a daily basis, the senior designer will be working with both UK and US based colleagues across the company as a whole, but mostly within the MedComms teams within the business. They will be expected to be comfortable presenting their work internally and externally (with the support of a creative lead). They will be reporting into the UK with a larger team supporting from the US.
We are looking for someone who is collaborative, a self‑starter, and doesn’t mind juggling time zones and collaborating with team members across the pond. You will also need to be multi‑disciplinary by being able to apply your creative design eye beyond presentations and ideally to print and digital design. This position will be hybrid, but we have offices in Manchester and central London and team members are encouraged to come in for team meetings and office events.
