  • Collaborate across capabilities to ensure integrated, cohesive, and differentiated points of view.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple workstreams.
  • Keep senior stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and resource needs.
  • Support the development of pitch materials including proposals, decks, videos, and presentations.
  • Participate in post‑pitch debriefs and help capture learnings to strengthen future processes.
  • Contribute to tracking win rates, performance trends, and pitch learnings.
  • Identify relevant case studies for new business efforts and ensure credentials and materials are up to date.
  • Partner with marketing on award submissions related to new business.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, markets, and sector trends to support pitch planning.

This position is a perfect fit for you if:

  • You connect with our values: Best Together, Impact‑Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always, and Accountability with an “I.”
  • You adapt quickly as priorities shift and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • You are a proactive self‑starter with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • You can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

What you should have:

  • 7–10 years in an advertising, communications, or integrated marketing agency environment, ideally with healthcare experience.
  • Experience leading or supporting successful pitches in a fast‑paced agency setting.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing, digital channels, and the UK/European healthcare landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working across disciplines.
  • Highly organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple high‑stakes projects.
  • Familiarity with new business reporting or performance‑tracking tools.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry trends and competitive landscapes.
