Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior/ACD Creative Team to join our growing 21GRAMS EMEA team! Creative work is at the heart of how 21GRAMS deliver effective campaigns for our clients. Behaviour changing ideas that drive the healthcare industry forward are what we’re known for, and what’s driving our growth in the Global team, working out of London.

As a Senior/ACD Team, you’ll have experience of creating, producing and implementing global campaigns for our clients. You’ll be able to find the emotion in the creative brief and create work that stands out from the rest. You’ll know how to develop big ideas that can be localised around the world. And sell them to senior clients. You’ll also be keen to craft them and work with the best people to bring them to life. We love creative ideas, and they deserve to be loved during the production process. With recent pitch wins, we need a team who can work with our teams to answer briefs big and small, across a range of clients and therapy areas. You’re ready to move up, manage teams and make a difference. This is a senior role, reporting into the Global Executive Creative Directors.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and execute creative concepts across a range of media
  • Take responsibility for managing accounts
  • Mentor the teams under you
  • Develop a productive and rewarding relationship with your clients
  • Work closely with the Strategy team to ensure work is based on the best insights and on brief
  • Work collaboratively with the creative team - Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, and the wider agency team to bring ideas to life
  • Manage assigned tasks within timelines and project requirements

What are we looking for in you?

  • Proven experience in advertising and the book that goes with it (that means a portfolio demonstrating big ideas and smart thinking for real clients!)
  • Healthcare experience is preferable
  • A curiosity for ideas and how design can help express the thinking behind them
  • You’re proactive and expect that of your team
  • Good communication skills and openness to collaboration
  • A track record of developing relationships with clients.
  • An awareness of AI and emerging creative tools, with the perspective that meaning comes from thinking, making, and crafting, not generating.
  • You are interested in where design is going, but believe the best way to learn is to make things, break them, and make them better

Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply. We are not looking for attendance for the sake of attendance but believe that the opportunity to coordinate in-office team meetings, 1:1 meetings with managers, taking advantage of on-site learning, and connecting with client partners is critical to delivering on our purpose of making healthcare what it should be. Outside of these offices, we have regions, where people work remotely but come together quarterly for collaboration, culture and learning opportunities. We call this our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach. Real Chemistry believes we are best together – and our workplace strategy fosters connection and collaboration in person – but also supports flexibility for our people.
