The Role
Real Chemistry is seeking a Manager, External Communications and Marketing, EMEA to support the EMEA Marketing Director and high-impact external communications and corporate marketing programs that strengthen Real Chemistry’s visibility, reputation, and market presence across EMEA. This role partners closely with Corporate Marketing and Communications, regional business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy, growth priorities, client work, and key market moments into clear, compelling communications for external audiences.
The Manager, External Communications and Marketing, EMEA will help plan and execute integrated communications programs, develop polished messaging and content, support external events and speaking opportunities, write and coordinate awards submissions, and ensure consistency across channels, markets, and stakeholder audiences. This role is a strong fit for a confident writer and organized project manager who understands external communications, can navigate matrixed teams, and brings regional awareness of the EMEA market.
What You’ll Do
- Execute Integrated External Communications Programs
Support the development and execution of external communications and marketing plans aligned to corporate priorities, EMEA growth objectives, reputation-building opportunities, and business goals. Translate strategic direction, market context, and stakeholder input into clear messaging, campaign plans, content briefs, and communications deliverables. Coordinate timelines, inputs, review cycles, approvals, and launch plans to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality output across external channels and regional workstreams.
- Create Clear, Compelling External Content
Draft and edit external-facing communications, including corporate announcements, website copy, social content, campaign materials, thought leadership, leadership messages, event copy, talking points, media materials, and presentation copy. Simplify complex healthcare, marketing, client, and business topics into accessible, audience-aware narratives that help external audiences understand what Real Chemistry does, why it matters, and where the company is leading. Maintain consistency in tone, voice, style, proof points, and messaging across channels, markets, and stakeholder audiences.
- Support Events, Awards, and Market Visibility
Help plan and deliver external visibility moments across EMEA, including conferences, webinars, speaking opportunities, panels, client-facing events, industry programs, and leadership appearances. Develop event-related materials such as messaging, run-of-show notes, speaker briefs, panel descriptions, promotional copy, recap content, and follow-up communications. Draft, edit, and manage awards submissions, speaker nominations, case study narratives, abstracts, supporting materials, and deadline trackers that showcase Real Chemistry’s work, people, and impact.
- Manage Channels and Cross-Functional Alignment
Maintain communications calendars, editorial plans, events trackers, awards trackers, and channel plans for external communications and corporate marketing programs. Partner with Corporate Marketing and Communications, regional EMEA teams, External Communications, business leaders, creative partners, and capability teams to align communications with market priorities and the broader Real Chemistry story.

What You Should Have
- 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, external communications, corporate communications, event communications, or related roles; healthcare, agency, professional services, or B2B experience preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and message development skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for external audiences.
- Experience supporting external campaigns, corporate marketing programs, executive communications, thought leadership, social content, website content, event communications, speaking opportunities, or industry visibility programs.
- Experience writing or coordinating awards submissions, speaker nominations, case studies, abstracts, or recognition programs preferred.
- Experience working with or supporting EMEA markets, regional communications, global teams, cross-time-zone collaboration, or market-specific stakeholder needs preferred.
- Excellent organization, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across Marketing, Communications, External Communications, regional teams, business leaders, and cross-functional partners.
