Job Summary: Real Chemistry is looking for a Client Finance Manager to join our growing team! This mid-level role is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue their career. We are looking for someone that can provide support to the Associate Finance Director, who is flexible and is willing to learn. As a mid-level role, this is suitable for someone with at least three years of financial working experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Review and maintain client projects and ensure all data is accurate, jobs are fully reconciled and closed when appropriate.
  • Work closely with project owners and junior client finance analysts to maintain project information.
  • Review statements of work to ensure they agreed to rate cards and other financial information.
  • Maintain client rate cards and ensure they are up to date and accurate.
  • Review and approve new projects within NetSuite and OpenAir systems, ensuring that the correct documentation is attached.
  • Work with the account team on queries & questions they have, dealing with these in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the account team to ensure financial deadlines are met e.g. follow ups on revenue tracker/reforecast and budget requests.
  • Support the Associate Finance Director on revenue tracker updates with the account team.
  • Carry out required training with the account team.
  • Intercompany work order reviews (ICWOs) and helping the account team with queries and questions.
  • Holiday cover for associate director covering finance calls and revenue tracker updates.
  • Cover within the finance team when required.
  • Various monthly and weekly reporting.
