Real Chemistry is seeking a Freelance Recruiter who is experienced in hiring for Client Services teams in healthcare communications, to join our dynamic team!
Duration: Freelance position – 3 month contract
Location: Ideally this person would be hybrid from our London, UK office. However, we can consider remote if you are not within commuting distance.
This crucial role supports the expansion and development of our Integrated Communications business unit. It involves executing sourcing strategies and managing recruitment processes limited to our Integrated communications team. Collaborating with a team of three in EMEA, you’ll focus on both replacement and strategic hires to help us achieve our hiring objectives.
What you’ll do:
- Manage recruitment processes
- Identify, attract, negotiate compensation packages, and close candidates at all levels, delivering high-quality candidates to meet hiring goals.
- Represent and promote the Real Chemistry brand to all potential candidates.
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service to hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Source, schedule, and liaise with candidates.
- Promote and drive the referral programme.
- Leverage online and social media channels for recruitment.

What you should have:
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment , specifically within the healthcare communications sector. This is a MUST HAVE .
- Experience recruiting for client services teams with a focus on integrated communications in the healthcare sector, and hard-to-fill roles across different functions.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ATS tools (Workday or Greenhouse) and recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and manage a volume of recruitment mandates.
- Experience in headhunting from competitive organisations.
- Calm and professional demeanour, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding stakeholders.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Capable of dealing with a large volume of open roles and candidates.
- Possess gravitas and credibility within the business.
