Key Responsibilities
- Co‐lead development of high‐quality medical content across multiple therapy areas to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Provide strategic input to aligned accounts.
- Question client briefs to distill for Real Chemistry teams.
- Scientifically challenge and elevate outputs with clients and internal teams.
- Co‐lead implementation of AI into new projects and initiatives under senior direction within an account.
- Act as day‐to‐day medical contact for clients.
- Manage and mentor junior individuals and teams to deliver high‐quality work under pressure.
- Guarantee accuracy and quality of assets delivered in line with client objectives.
- Delegate work to ensure billable targets and learning opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills
