Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Director to join our growing team!
What you’ll do:
- Therapy area and scientific expertise: Direct internal programmes related to therapy area and scientific expertise across the global ‘One Medical’ team.
- Strategic thinking: Define strategy on new and complex business proposals in collaboration with senior team members.
- Client relationships: Proactively act as trusted advisor for clients and internal teams across Real Chemistry.
- Managing and advising: Lead, shape and direct medical teams to deliver a range of assets whilst fostering an environment of intellectual curiosity.
- Coaching and mentoring: Foster a culture of mentorship across the agency.
- Overarching planning to meet KPIs/timelines/budget: Promote development of best practices for project management and content delivery to ensure exceptional quality across the Medical team.
- Financial and resource management: Plan resource allocation across the Medical function, fostering inter‑agency cooperation and sharing of resources and expertise to amplify collective efficiency and effectiveness.

- A high level of academic achievement is expected.
- You’ll need to be personable, articulate, and capable of nurturing relationships, with a knack for delivering persuasive presentations.
