- Account Support
- Oversee a large, complex portfolio and growth through the current client base and net new business, managing profitability.
- Provide senior strategic counsel across existing accounts and lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver against clients\\\’ KPIs.
- Serve as the client lead on several accounts, providing senior strategic counsel and building multi-disciplinary teams by collaborating with shared services (analytics and creative) teams, as well as SMEs, to deliver against clients\\\’ KPIs.
- Operations
- Quickly immerse yourself in Real Chemistry\\\’s offerings and methodologies to take an integrated approach to clients and new business.
- Partner with the current leadership team to drive and deliver robust strategies for the consultancy.
- Staff Management
- Facilitate training and coaching of current staff to support business growth.
- Identify new hires to accelerate business growth through a broader network or new skill sets.
- Infuse the existing team with continued energy and enthusiasm through internal communications and respected partnership.
This Position is a Perfect Fit for You if:
- Our company values — Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always, and Accountability with an “I” — really resonate with you.
- You are adaptable, resilient, and comfortable adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow. When things change, so do we. We’re always evolving.
- You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
- You are a highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
What You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
