We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to ensure the New York office operates smoothly and efficiently, providing a safe and pristine environment for clients, staff, executives, and VIP visitors. This role serves as a central point of contact for team members, vendors, and building management, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment; implement and uphold office policies, health and safety procedures; ensure regulatory compliance; conduct regular inspections; manage emergency preparedness plans.
- Client and Staff Concierge: Act as the primary liaison for all visitors; coordinate and manage concierge services to enhance the experience of clients, staff, executives, and VIP guests.
- Organizational Excellence: Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations; manage space allocation, furniture, and equipment placement for an efficient and aesthetically pleasing office.
- Vendor Coordination: Partner with Procurement to coordinate vendor engagements for cleaning, maintenance, and other facility needs; ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Cultural Leadership: Serve as the Culture Club lead, organizing and coordinating office events and activities that foster a positive work environment.
- Financial Management: Manage the office budget; prepare and maintain expense reports and financial records.
- Support and Adaptability: Support special projects and ad-hoc assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on a safe, clean, and client-focused office environment.
- Experience in office or facilities management with knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; ability to foster internal relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a dynamic and evolving workplace.
Pay Range
$70,000 - $80,000 USD

Real Hybrid / Real HART
We support a blend of in-office and remote work. For employees within an hour of a Real Chemistry office, in-office attendance is expected two days per week at a Real Chemistry office or on-site with clients. We are actively opening new locations; where applicable, the Real HART policy applies. Outside core offices, teams work remotely but meet quarterly to collaborate and learn, following the Real Hybrid and Regional Teams approach.
