We’re seeking two Design Interns for Summer 2026 to join our growing team. Interns will be part of our global design team and support a range of design and publication‑related projects. Your primary responsibility in the Creative Department is to learn.
Programme Dates: This 14‑week internship programme runs Tuesday 23 June through Friday 25 September 2026 and requires a 40‑hour per week commitment.
Location: For the 2026 summer internship, Real Chemistry prefers interns to be in‑person at one of our core EMEA offices located in London or Manchester, UK.
Job Summary: You’ll have opportunities to demonstrate and build your skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint. With support from experienced creatives, you’ll collaborate across multiple brand teams and help execute assigned projects on deadline. This is a chance to get a front‑row view of what life is like as a graphic designer.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduated or are close to graduating from an accredited university with a focus in Design, or have experience creating, designing, and enhancing marketing and/or advertising materials for digital and print.
- The ability to work well on a team and think creatively.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is mandatory.

- Professional demeanour and strong communication/collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and complete assigned tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy when making revisions.
- Proactive learner who seeks feedback and applies it to improve.
