Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy to join our growing team!

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as an Associate Director, Strategy. In this role, you will support the strategic direction of the company by working closely with senior team members to identify, develop, and assist in executing key initiatives that contribute to our long-term growth objectives.

This is a hybrid role, based in either our London or Manchester offices.

What you’ll do:

• Support strategy development throughout projects, pitches, and client work to deliver captivating strategic stories
• Assist in turning data/information into original brand stories
• Contribute to aspects of brand positioning, brand culture, etc.
• Assist in the design and facilitation of senior-level client workshops and internal brainstorms
• Support research design for qualitative and quantitative approaches to initiate big ideas and growth for the brand
• Contribute to the comms planning and annual brand planning process
• Provide support and guidance to the strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
• Mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and complete work at the highest levels of quality

What you should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years or more of experience in strategist roles
• Experience working across multiple advertising and marketing channels
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to support and mentor clients, staff, and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong presence and client management skills
• Healthcare experience is preferred
