This role is instrumental in ensuring efficient operational service delivery across both physical warehouse and digital scanning services. You will be a key player in driving growth and operational excellence as they expand our digital service offerings. Role Overview The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Peterborough location, managing a team of approximately 30 permanent and temporary staff. This includes coordinating activities in both the warehouse and the scanning bureau. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiencies, planning for growth, and ensuring top-quality service delivery that aligns with customer needs and our high standards. Ideal requirements of the Operations Manager: To be successful in this role you will have experience of managing scanning operations and be located within a commutable distance of our Peterborough location.
