We’re looking for a Transformation Consultant to support meaningful practice change across children’s services. This role is all about people, culture and behaviour, helping organisations embed new ways of working so that the voice of the child becomes part of everyday practice. This isn’t a technical role. It’s about leading change, building trust, and supporting practitioners with empathy, confidence and credibility.
What you’ll do- Lead change journeys from first conversation to fully embedded practice
- Train, mentor and support practitioners and managers
- Partner with senior leaders to drive and sustain cultural change
- Champion voice‑of‑the‑child practice and challenge constructively when progress stalls
- Run workshops, present updates, and support change champions
- Help build routine quality assurance around practice
