Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales Administrator – Cardiff
£28,000 per annum + 10% Performance Bonus | Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Are you a driven and confident communicator who thrives on generating new business opportunities, supporting sales teams and excel within sales administration?
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales Administrator to join a well-established, rapidly growing Document Management company based in Cardiff .
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation with an outstanding reputation across South Wales and the South West of England , providing professional services such as Document Scanning, Storage, Shredding, and IT Destruction .
As part of the wider Sales Team, you’ll play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and developing new leads, helping the business expand towards its ambitious goal of providing a national service in the coming years.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Becoming a CRM Super-User (HubSpot, Sage CRM, or similar)
- Managing and updating the CRM with accurate activity tracking and lead progress
- Generating new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and research tools like Lead Forensics
- Qualifying leads and understanding their specific records management needs
- Following up promptly on inbound leads
- Handing over qualified meetings to Business Development Executives with accurate notes and data
- Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach and campaign strategies
What We’re Looking For
- A strong communicator with a confident and engaging approach
- Someone comfortable with outbound activity and resilient in the face of rejection
- Highly organised, detail-oriented , and a real team player
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar SDR or sales role (experience in records management is a bonus)
- Proven success in outbound prospecting – cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
- CRM proficiency and strong administrative skills
