Are you a driven BDM with a passion for helping businesses transform the way they work? Do you have experience selling platforms like Tungsten, OnBase, DocuWare, M-Files or other similar BPA solutions? OR have you sold CRM, ERP software or other SAAS platforms which improve business processes?
We’re supporting a business with the introduction of a new business BDM to focus on sales across their software solution portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and closing new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise sectors
- Building relationships with C-level stakeholders and understanding their operational pain points
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales and Marketing to deliver tailored solution presentations
- Managing a consultative sales cycle, from initial discovery through to signed contract
- Representing powerful players in the sector that drive real world efficiency, compliance and ROI
Proven track record in B2B software sales, ideally within BPA, ECM, DMS or workflow automation, but also open to other SAAS platforms. Experience selling platforms like Tungsten, OnBase, DocuWare, M-Files, or comparable solutions is highly advantageous.
Confident managing longer, solution-led sales cycles and engaging at senior decision‑making levels. Self‑starter mindset with strong commercial acumen and a results‑driven approach.
Based in the UK (remote/hybrid with occasional travel to Reading). Working with market leaders in their own rights, they help improve business efficiency and compliance in an ever changing tech space.
