Help make sure children are truly heard. Remote (with some UK travel). We’re looking for a Transformation Consultant to support meaningful practice change across children’s services. This role is all about people, culture and behaviour, helping organisations embed new ways of working so that the voice of the child becomes part of everyday practice.

It’s about leading change, building trust, and supporting practitioners with empathy, confidence and credibility.

  • Train, mentor and support practitioners and managers
  • Champion voice‑of‑the‑child practice and challenge constructively when progress stalls
  • Run workshops, present updates, and support change champions
  • Help build routine quality assurance around practice

You may come from social care, education, health, L&D, training, coaching, facilitation, or any role centred on people development and behavioural change.

  • Hold senior leaders to account
  • Support practitioners with empathy and confidence
  • Experience with Ofsted frameworks, case management systems or change methodologies (ADKAR, APMG, PRINCE2) is helpful but not essential.

Pension, life insurance, Health Cash Plan. Hybrid working + regular travel. £35,000–£45,000 salary (flexible for exceptional candidates). Full UK driving licence required.
