We’re hiring a Senior Scanning & Registering Operator to support a busy production environment and help lead a small team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and responsibility — with a clear path into Team Leader / Supervisory level.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating scanning software & equipment to an advanced level
- Leading and supporting a small team, offering guidance and problem-solving
- Managing workflow and admin within the scanning room
- Ensuring documents are scanned, registered, barcoded and stored correctly
- Preparing daily work sheets and reporting to the Production Supervisor
- Maintaining a clean, secure, compliant working environment
- Supporting registration tasks (barcode labelling & data capture) when required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent attention to detail & accurate typing
- Good grammar, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks confidently
- Understanding of SOPs / ISO 9001 (beneficial, not essential)
- Experience in document handling or scanning is a bonus — full training provided
- A DBS check will be required due to the confidential nature of the work.
Working Hours
Monday–Friday | 08:00–16:30
15‑minute morning break + 30‑minute lunch
