Are you a driven and confident communicator who thrives on generating new business opportunities, supporting sales teams and excelling within sales administration? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Sales Administrator to join a well-established, rapidly growing Document Management company based in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation with an outstanding reputation across South Wales and the South West of England, providing professional services such as Document Scanning, Storage, Shredding, and IT Destruction.

As part of the wider Sales Team, you’ll play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and developing new leads, helping the business expand towards its ambitious goal of providing a national service in the coming years.

  • Becoming a CRM Super-User (HubSpot, Sage CRM, or similar)
  • Managing and updating the CRM with accurate activity tracking and lead progress
  • Qualifying leads and understanding their specific records management needs
  • Handing over qualified meetings to Business Development Executives with accurate notes and data
  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach and campaign strategies

1–2 years’ experience in a similar SDR or sales role (experience in records management is a bonus). Proven success in outbound prospecting - cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach. CRM proficiency and strong administrative skills.

£28,000 base salary + 10% quarterly performance bonus. 22 days holiday + 8.
